Returns & Replacements
Although produced, packed and send with care, it can occur that your item is damaged or has some other defect. In the case of damage please notify me by sending an email to email@example.com within one week so we can send a replacement referring to your order number and the nature of the defect. Items can only be replaced if they are defective or damaged.
To speed up the process, please send the picture of the damage in a follow-up e-mail (do not enclose it in the same email, as the email might end up in a spam-box because of the attachment).
You should receive an order confirmation by email shortly after placing your order. Please check all details. In case something went wrong during the check-out process please contact me a.s.a.p. at firstname.lastname@example.org so I can amend any shipping details before sending your order to print.
As soon as I receive your order, I will send it off to my printing company. All orders aim to be shipped within 3-5 business days, but can take longer during busier ordering seasons.
If your order is taking longer than expected, please reach out to me and I'll see what can be done =].
International orders, once shipped, can take upwards of 2-4 weeks.
Note: If your country isn't included in the current shipping zones, let me know so I can try to incorporate it soon! I'm working to make these available everywhere, but please be patient with me as I figure out shipping and handling with the company I print with!
Taxes and other additional costs
Please note that depending on your region local charges can occur.
These charges are at your own expense.
It cannot be guaranteed that colors on the website will be true to life.
This depends partly on the color settings of your computer and monitor.
