Hamburg Welcome Center

In my almost 2 years in Germany, I made many a trip to the welcome center to figure out various bits of paperwork for my student visa. If I thought the DMV is intimidating, visa appointments in Germany were far worse. At least the view from outside was nice. 

Shipping 
Orders aim to ship within 3-5 business days. 
International orders, once shipped, can take upwards of 2-4 weeks (VAT not included).
